Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule and No show policy:

  • New Clients: MUST arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to sign our waiver and go through a brief Introduction. If you do not arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session, you may not be able to use the service for the entire scheduled duration.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: All Clients must give 24 hour’s notice for cancelling or rescheduling scheduled appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hour’s from your appointment, you will be charged 75% for the service price.
  • No Show: All clients that do you show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged full service amount.

If you have multiple bookings under the same credit or debit card, all late cancellation, reschedule requests, or no-show appointments will be charged on the card provided. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that sometimes things come up and will strive to work with you to reschedule your appointment and avoid charging you for unused services charging you for unused services.
