Appointment arrival:
- MUST arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to sign our waiver and go through a brief Introduction. If you do not arrive prior to your session, you may not be able to use the service for the entire scheduled duration.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations & Reschedules: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 75% of the service price.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full-service price, regardless of membership status.
- Wellness Services Members: Members who cancel late or do not show up for their wellness service(s) will forfeit their membership credit(s). Membership discounts on massages and facials do not apply to no-show fees. If a member does not show up, they will be charged the full-service price, as their appointment time could have been booked by another client at full price.
If you have multiple bookings under the same credit or debit card, all late cancellation, reschedule requests, or no-show appointments will be charged on the card provided. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that sometimes things come up and will strive to work with you to reschedule your appointment and avoid charging you for unused services. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may limit our ability to offer flexibility in the future.
