Wellness Host/Receptionist

Divine Med Spa is a caring, committed, dynamic team providing holistic wellness services to clients from the Exton, PA area. We are seeking a friendly, organized, productive individual to welcome our clients and efficiently manage our front desk operations. This includes greeting clients and guests, answering questions and phone calls, and completing client service tasks such as processing payments and appointment scheduling.  In addition, the Wellness Host will use their client and product knowledge to suggest additional opportunities such as membership, additional services and service packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Wellness Host will be the first person our clients meet and is responsible for creating a positive, lasting first impression
  • Ensure proper on-boarding of new members and clients through the use of waivers, agreements and the creation of client profiles, facility tours
  • Learn about the clients, educate clients on all spa services and benefits, recommend products we offer to support and enhance their goals
  • Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell other therapies to enhance services in accordance with client needs/goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all members, clients and staff
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Communicate with members and clients, via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively promote our service offerings
  • Support and contribute to the outcomes in all sales performance and operational areas
  • Participate in community outreach – assisting in lead generation, attending community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen business to business relationships

Skills/Experience

  • Interest in/engagement with wellness industry and services
  • Interested in helping others, empathetic
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to handle reception desk are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Comfortable suggesting additional services to clients
  • Intermediate skills with computers and technology
  • Punctual, responsible and pays attention to detail.
  • Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
  • High School degree required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions
  • Must be able to work weekends as needed
  • Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays (when needed)

  • Hourly Wage: $12- $15 (and bonus opportunities)
