Divine Med Spa is a family-owned wellness spa in Exton, PA, offering a variety of holistic wellness and skincare services designed to help our guests relax, restore, and recharge.

Key Responsibilities
• Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, answer questions, and ensure they have a positive spa experience.
• Scheduling & Rebooking: Manage appointments, answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, process payments, and encourage guests to book their next visit.
• Memberships & Services: Educate guests about our services, memberships, packages, and opportunities to save while enjoying regular wellness visits.
• Spa Parties & Special Experiences: Assist guests interested in couples experiences, birthdays, spa parties, and private retreats by explaining available options, packages, and enhancements.
• Daily Spa Operations: Keep the reception area and spa clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Team Support: During quieter periods, proactively complete cleaning responsibilities, daily checklists, and other assigned tasks to support smooth spa operations.
• Guest Communication: Follow up on guest inquiries and assist with promotions or special events as needed.
Qualifications
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with guests in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Comfortable recommending services, memberships, and packages.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative during slower periods.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our booking system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in wellness, skincare, or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning duties.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting Pay: $15/hour plus tips.
